Third Australasian Conference on General Relativity and Gravitation
July 11-13, 2001 |
The conference aims to bring together researchers in general relativity, gravitational physics and related fields to discuss new findings, make contacts and consolidate ideas. Participants are invited from around the world and the proceedings will later be refereed and published.
This - the third meeting of the Australasian Society for General Relativity and Gravitation- was held in Perth, at the University of Western Australia, as a satellite meeting to the 4th Edoardo Amaldi Conference on Gravitational Waves. ACGRG3 ran concurrently with the end of Amaldi4.
Since gravitational wave topics will be dealt with at Amaldi4, ACGRG3 was a smaller meeting than previous ones in the series, focusing on theoretical and mathematical aspects of general relativity and gravitation.
